Welcome to the Evolve Fitness’ 4 Week Runners Program! This program is designed to help you, the runner, become stronger and healthier. Be prepared to decrease your running time, set a PR, and do it all pain and injury free. 

This program has three strength training days per week, designed for you to run on your off days. The program is designed to have at least one day off between each strength training day.
