Welcome to Evolve Fitness’ 6-Week 6-Day Volume & Strength Program! This program is for Intermediate and above fitness levels. This program is also highly recommended for those in good physical shape with no limitations who are able to put in 6 gym days per week!

This is a 6 week program for men and women! This routine requires hitting the gym 6 days per week. If you want to make drastic changes to your body in just 6 weeks, then this is for you. In this routine, you will be combining volume and strength training each week. Your first three days will consist of volume training (higher reps) followed by three days of strength training (lower reps). This routine is going to propel your fitness, I promise! You will be hitting a variety of muscle groups each day.
