Les Mills Classes
Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn lots of calories while building lean muscle. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™ is a workout in which you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning a ton of calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Les Mills BODYFLOW™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

Active Recovery Class
Active Recovery involves chemical and hormonal balance, nervous system repair, mental state and more. One of the most effective methods of helping the body (and mind) recover is through active recovery.
Active recovery focuses on completing 15 minutes of specific exercises at a low intensity, but high enough to increase blood flow and enhance the clearance of enzymes responsible for muscle damage and residual fatigue.
Corrective Exercise Class
We all have weaknesses that could benefit from attention. Some of these are muscular imbalances, mobility and postural issues, and aberrant movement patterns that can lead to discomfort, pain, and in the worst-case scenarios, injury.
Join us for an hour where we can plan to clear pain and discomfort such as back pain, knee pain, shoulder and neck issues. Using corrective exercise we will restore your body's natural movement patterns and get you back to the sports and recreation you’ve been missing.
Evolve Fitness Boot Camp
Looking for a perfect mix of strength, cardio, core, flexibility, and endurance? You found it! An Evolve Instructor will take you on a tough, but fun, journey that will keep your body, and mind, guessing. You will never know what equipment, if any, you could be using. You may even find yourself going outside for a portion of your training. There will always be something new to look forward to!

In this class you’ll use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better physique. Expect to move, sweat, shuffle, and above all, have a kick ass workout experience. Some classes challenge you with a single piece of training equipment, some use a broad mix of training tools, but they all deliver incredible results.

The high-intensity interval training style was developed by Japanese professor Dr. Izumi Tabata to train Olympic speed skaters in the late 1990s. Today, the training style is applied to just about any move.
The system is easy to remember: 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeat. The short rest intervals force the body to keep moving before it actually recovers from the previous set—and that's part of the reason why Tabata leads to significant aerobic and anaerobic gains. But there's a catch: You have to push yourself—really push yourself all out. You won't reap the strength and cardio benefits from leisurely going through the movements. But when performed correctly, there's another benefit: the after burn effect. That means you keep burning calories for hours after your quick workout has ended.
Buti Yoga is a calorie-scorching workout that fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Gold favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion - THE RESULT - long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga. This practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath.
Power Flow is Vinyasa style hot yoga. The room is heated from 89 degrees for a beginner class to 95 degrees depending on the teacher's pace for the class. In the Vinyasa flow, the movements are linked to the breath of either inhaling or exhaling, sometimes holding poses longer and other times moving faster.
